We believe that setting clear, specific goals is crucial to player development. That's why we work closely with each player to develop a personalized, tracked goal-setting plan that includes short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals. Our coaches work with players to develop a mutual action plan that outlines specific steps for achieving their goals, with the support and guidance of parents and coaches.
We also provide a mobile training app that allows players to access training videos and other resources from home, helping them stay engaged and motivated between training sessions. This app enables clear and concise communication between players, coaches, and parents, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
