PFA Announces First Director of Player Development/Pathways

PFA Grabs former Premier League Coach to Lead Player Development

Peak Football Academy is excited to announce the appointment of Jason Swann as our Director of Player Pathways. With a rich background in both playing and coaching soccer, Jason brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our organization.

Jason started his soccer career as a player at Sheffield Wednesday, signing his first professional contract at the age of 16. He later suffered a few injuries that led him to transition into coaching, where he continued to excel. He has coached at top-tier Premier League clubs like Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday, and Huddersfield Town, helping to develop some of the best young talents in English soccer.

As our Director of Player Pathways, Jason will play a crucial role in helping our players reach their full potential. He will work closely with players and parents to develop goal-setting plans, and create personalized action plans to help each player achieve their individual goals. With his vast experience and knowledge, Jason will be an invaluable resource to our organization.

"We are thrilled to have Jason join our team," said Nate Frieberg, Academy Director at Peak Football Academy. "His experience coaching at the highest level of soccer, combined with his expertise in player development, will help us take our academy to the next level. We believe that Jason will play a critical role in shaping the future of our players and we're excited to have him on board."

Jason also holds his UEFA B coaching license, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in coaching and player development. At Peak Football Academy, we are confident that Jason's expertise and guidance will help our players reach new heights in their soccer careers.
