How Peak Football Academy collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: May 1, 2026

Peak Football Academy ("PFA," "we," "our," "us") respects the privacy of every parent, player, and visitor. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

When you contact us, register a player, or attend an event, we may collect:

  • Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number
  • Player name, age group, gender, and date of birth
  • Emergency contact and basic medical information provided during registration
  • Payment information processed by our third-party platforms (Sportngin, Stripe)
  • Photos and video taken at training sessions, matches, or club events
  • Standard web analytics (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • Process registrations, payments, and refunds
  • Communicate about training sessions, matches, tournaments, and club news
  • Maintain emergency-contact records during practices and events
  • Showcase the club's activities through team photos and highlight content
  • Improve our website and programs

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

PFA serves players ages 9–19. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All registration and contact-form submissions for minor players must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information without parental consent, contact us at info@peakfootballacademy.com and we will delete it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers we use to run the club (Sportngin for registration, Stripe for payments, SendGrid or similar for email, hosting providers)
  • League and tournament organizers when registering players for sanctioned competitions
  • Coaches and team managers within PFA who need it to run training and matches
  • Authorities when required by law or to respond to a subpoena, court order, or safety emergency

5. Photos and Media

We may photograph or record players during training, matches, and club events for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish your child to appear in published media, please notify us in writing at info@peakfootballacademy.com and we will exclude them from new content going forward.

6. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. We retain registration and contact data for as long as your child is active in the program plus a reasonable period afterward (typically up to seven years) for accounting, league-records, and safety purposes, and longer where required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records (financial, league registration) may be retained where required by law even if you request deletion.

8. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to keep you logged in to admin areas and to remember basic session information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not function correctly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website and, where appropriate, by email.
