Owner
Jerry Davis
Jerry Davis is the Owner of Peak Football Academy and the driving force behind its growth and long-term vision. As Principal of his firm, Jerry brings 23 years of experience leading projects across the Central Florida marketplace — spanning hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, education, residential, and retail developments. His career has been built on the same qualities that shape great teams: leadership, accountability, and a relentless competitive edge.
Soccer has been woven through Jerry's life on and off the field. A lifelong Chelsea supporter, he competed at high levels of the game and carries a deep respect for what it takes to get there. Watching his own children grow up through the sport deepened that passion and ultimately inspired his commitment to Peak Football Academy — a club built to give young players the environment, coaching, and competitive platform to reach their highest potential.
For Jerry, soccer is a way of life. He brings a competitor's mindset to everything PFA does, an owner's commitment to the club's long-term success, and an unwavering belief in the values the academy stands for: Excellence, Courage, Passion, Wisdom, and Honor.
Director of Peak Football Academy
Philip McCormick
Phil McCormick started with Synergy FC (now known as PFA-New England) as a player throughout his entire youth and has been on their coaching staff since 2015. During his youth, Phil played in some of the nation's most prestigious and competitive events, such as the Dallas Cup (Texas), Disney Showcase (Florida), US Club Soccer National Championships (Virginia Beach) and multiple Region I Championships. Phil was a center-midfielder and four-year starter for Saint Michaels College (NCAA DII) from 2012 until 2015, and graduated with distinction in May 2016. As a football educator, Phil is instilling the values that he learned while playing into every player he coaches, while also teaching the principles for playing great football. Phil continues to uphold the mission and core values of the club (Excellence, Courage, Passion, Wisdom and Honor) and looks forward to growth for himself, the players and the club.

Mental Performance Coach
Joe Goodreau
Joe Goodreau created the Mindset Readiness Training (MRT) system after seeing the same challenge repeatedly: talented athletes who trained hard, cared deeply, and wanted to succeed, but had no real process for developing the mental side of performance.
At Peak Football Academy, Joe works primarily with U16 to U19 players pursuing college soccer opportunities, while also helping younger athletes build the foundations early. His coaching develops confidence, focus, emotional control, breathing habits, resilience, and the ability to recover quickly after mistakes.
Joe also works with NCAA teams and student-athletes, helping players perform more consistently when pressure rises and competition increases.
Before entering athlete development, Joe spent more than 15 years leading high-performing teams in executive roles, including Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He built cultures where accountability, growth, and sustained performance were expected standards.
He holds his Mental Performance Mastery Level 2 certification and is completing his degree in Sport and Performance Psychology at Grand Canyon University.
A lifelong athlete, ultra-endurance competitor, and father of competitive athletes, Joe teaches the principles he lives every day.
Talent creates chances. Mindset converts them.

Coach
Eric McKean
Eric McKean is a former collegiate soccer player and emerging coach from Starksboro, Vermont. He began his playing career at the age of seven with Synergy FC, now known as Peak New England Football Academy, where he spent over a decade developing his technical and tactical foundation.
Eric went on to play at the collegiate level for Clarkson University's men's soccer program. During his time there, he evolved from a central midfielder into a forward and attacking midfielder, demonstrating versatility and a strong attacking presence. In his final season, he was named team captain, reflecting his leadership, work ethic, and commitment to his team.
Following his playing career, Eric took time to reflect on his long-term goals and ultimately reaffirmed his passion for the game.
