Terms of Service

The agreement between Peak Football Academy and the families and visitors who use our site and programs.

Last updated: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peak Football Academy website (peakfootballacademy.com) and all training programs, camps, tournaments, and events operated by Peak Football Academy ("PFA," "we," "our," "us"). By using our site or registering a player, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Programs are open to players ages 9–19. All registrations and contact-form submissions involving a minor must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a player, you confirm you have the legal authority to do so.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Player registration is processed through our third-party platform (Sportngin). Payment processing, refund timelines, and cancellation policies are governed by that platform plus any club policies posted at registration.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and current. We rely on it to communicate, place players in the right age group, and respond to emergencies.
  • Late or unpaid fees may result in suspension from training, matches, or tournaments until resolved.

3. Refunds & Withdrawal

Refund policies are listed at the time of registration. Generally, club fees are non-refundable once the season has begun. Specific refund requests will be considered case-by-case for medical or relocation reasons; contact us at info@peakfootballacademy.com.

4. Code of Conduct

Players, parents, coaches, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully at all PFA activities. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior toward referees or other players, or violation of facility rules may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund. We follow Vermont Soccer League and US Youth Soccer codes of conduct where applicable.

5. Assumption of Risk

Soccer is a contact sport. By participating, players and their guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of athletic activity, including the possibility of injury. A separate liability waiver is required at registration. These Terms do not replace that waiver.

6. Photo & Media Release

By registering or attending PFA events, you grant PFA permission to photograph, record, and use images of players in connection with club promotion, social media, and the PFA website. If you do not consent to media use, notify us in writing at info@peakfootballacademy.com.

7. Website Use

  • The site, including its text, graphics, logos, and photos, is the property of Peak Football Academy and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or republish content without written permission.
  • You may not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation.

8. Third-Party Services

Our site links to and integrates with third-party providers (Sportngin for registration, Stripe for payments, hosting providers, social platforms). PFA is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and our programs are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Training and match outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort and external conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vermont law, PFA's total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or our programs is limited to the amount you paid PFA in the twelve months preceding the claim. PFA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your participation in our programs if you violate these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or the law. We will notify you in writing where possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chittenden County, Vermont.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
